The Bizarre is a lavish degustation cocktail bar centered on “narrative storytelling through fine drinking”. We present “food coursing structure” the other way around and in the form signature curated cocktails. Our aim is to elevate cocktail experience and champion the progression of cocktail concepts in Manila by celebrating the rich heritage flavors and culinary culture of the Philippines. From classic favorites to modern riffs, our cocktails tell a story in each sip.

Our Reservation Policy

Bizarre accepts both online and walk-in reservations made within a week. To ensure a conductive drinking experience, we offer two seating options; Cocktail Degustation (Multi-course cocktails and bites pairing) and, Bar Service (Ala carte and/or 4-course cocktail, non-pairing). For big groups of 6 pax and above, please note that seating arrangements may be subject to mobility considerations.

Bar Service at 9:00 PM 

Private Space

As our space is an intimate setting, we can only accommodate a limited number of seating. If there’s a change to the size of your party, please phone us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

PAYMENT

To confirm your booking, you are requested to kindly settle 100% full payment prior to your booking date via the following channels:

Any cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the booking date. No Call/No Shows are not eligible for refund.

DRESS CODE

The bar implements a smart casual dress code. Upon arrival at the bar, our host/s will guide you to your reserved table.

For our gentlemen guests,
we request you to refrain from wearing
open-toe sandals and flip-flops.

The Men Behind Bizarre

A purveyor of Manila’s narrative on fine drinking, Ian Libang is Bizarre’s Beverage Director. He has been around the world representing the Philippines in various mixology competitions.

Executive Chef Kel Zaguirre is the brain behind Bizarre’s bar bites. He is known in the industry for his take on fusion cuisine, reinventing Filipino flavors with unique interpretation.

Our current menu is titled “The Roots” which is a celebration of the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines. Savor Filipino timeless flavors infused with contemporary twists.
